When I open a contact in Outlook Business Contact the General tab displays the message "Business Contact Manager was unable to initialise this form" I reloaded Outlook's business contact application however it is not correcting the problem.

I had trouble with my BCM service pack one so I did all of the recommended upgrades. When I was completed, I could not longer get into my database and got the message the my database could not be converted. Any suggestions on how to migrate my database?

Yesterday after installing BCM I ran into several of the problems discussed here. I wish I had read them earlier -- I wouldn't have installed BCM. Anyway the damage is done and now I'm looking for a way to undo it. Currently the problem is an error message I receive upon booting.. ...

using Office2003 Professional from MS-ActionPack i want to install BCM. Currently Outlook2003 with a Exchange-Account i start installation of BCM form MS-Actionpack. After running Setup - nothing happens. No Error - no BCM in Outlook.

Is there any limit to the number of contacts that can be added to Business Contact Mngr? What about a limit on the size of the database? We are trying to decide between BCM and other customer resource management software. Thanks for any information you can give me=0)

I downloaded the Business Manager for Outlook update and upon opening Outlook it attempts to "Finalizing update for Outlook with Business Manager w/ Outlook" and quits about 2/3rds of the way through saying it could not complete actions.

I use to do a backup of the database on a regular basis, but now can't complete the backup process. An error is shown just afte starting the backup "Errors during the backup. The backup stoped" Does anybody have the same problem? how could I solve it?

I'm trying to run BCM V2 and SBA 2006 with Limited User Rights. But the Local Security Group, BCMUsers, is missing from my Local Groups list. So BCM will only work properly when I make myself a Local Administrator.
