I recently set up all of my contacts in BCM, which has been a great upgrade
to Outlook. However, I have a need to share my contact list with a business
partner in another state, and I would like to e-mail the contact list to him.
I exported the file as a Comma Separated Values ...

What do I change to tro NOT have to do this?

After installing the Business Contact Manager into Outlook 2003 I had some
problems.
1) Now I get prompted to dial up some of my email accounts even though I am
online.

Does anyone know if we can do a partial export. i.e. we want to export, say
10 or 20 accounts to csv format.
The import / export routine only appears to offer the option of all or
nothing?

I am getting an error that a 'Custom' form is unavailable when I try to
create or access a busness contact.  I have not created a custom form but
using the form that orinially came with the installation.  The error had the
effect of disabling Business Contact Manager.

Does anyone out there know how to convert the contact list to mailing labels
1" x 2.5".  I just need the name and the address from the list.

We have a contqacts folder that contains both email addresses and fax
numbers.
By default, it appears that fax numbers always appear in the list of send-to
addresses.

I want to sync two laptops running Outlook BCM to each other.  They
will both be inputing data seperately and then come together to sync

I am trying to restore my BCM data from a computer that no longer works.
Where does BCM store the data? How can this be done, I have no backup that I
am aware of.

When I print out the Contact in my address book, some contacts are not
printed. I am printing the entire database and have not selected groups. Why
is this happening and how can I assure that all contacts are included in the
print-out?
