Lost all of my business contacts17 Jan 2006 06:10 GMT3
while I was trying to backup my outlook with business contacts mgr. which I
could not do. I lost all of my contacts!!!!! I was not asked about
deleting... so I hope the info is still in the machine.., I checked the
search files in windows for them. with no luck. Any suggestions?

I am coverting to Outlook 2003 BCM after 12 years of using ACT and have a few
questions:
1.  I am not grasping the process by which BCM tracks notes and histories
