while I was trying to backup my outlook with business contacts mgr. which I
could not do. I lost all of my contacts!!!!! I was not asked about
deleting... so I hope the info is still in the machine.., I checked the
search files in windows for them. with no luck. Any suggestions?

I can not initialize account forms in bus. contact mgr.

I am coverting to Outlook 2003 BCM after 12 years of using ACT and have a few
questions:
1.  I am not grasping the process by which BCM tracks notes and histories
vs. ACT.  Any thoughts on this?

I have tried all the copy routines and it will copy some but not all and give
me message that:
The destination florder dows not support attachments, access was denied, or
the attachemtns were not found... blabla.... but then it only copies 6 out of

I am having problems getting the name to display instead of the email address
when I try to send an email.  I am using the business contact manager.  I
think it looks more professional if the persons name is displayed in the TO
area instead of the email address.
