folder pane and closed BCM. I can't figure out how to get it back and it's
not in the disabled list.

I created a new user and change the computer name to join SBS  2003.  This
workstation was using Business Contact Manager with Outlook 2003.  The
original database was MSBusinessContactManager.mdf and
MSBusinessContactManager.ldf.

Can I have two separate business contact databases open at the same time? If
yes, how do you create a second one without losing the first one?

I have categories setup in ACT called ID status and in order to make a
transition to Outlook work, I need to import these ID status into Outlook
where they are called categories. Any idea on how to do that?
