I'am having a real problem installing BCM on what is probably a
pristine Outlook 2003 / Win XP system...
I have gone through the initial install procedure / restart / wizard

Is there a way to see the salesperson assigned to a BCM account? In Small
Business Accounting, you can assign a Salesperson to an account. Using the
BCM SP1 to integrate SBA and BCM, can you see that information and/or change
it anywhere in BCM or does it have to go through SBA?

OK, so what Outlook-based CRM alternatives to BCM do people like? The lack
of customizable forms is a fatal shortcoming for us, but we do want to stick
with something that's build on Outlook and Exchange.
