We already have sql serevr in our company, is it possible to install bcm on a client and connect the database to the sql server 2000 already in place. I dont want to use the msde client stuff that it install and i would rather uninstall that.

Is there a way to see the salesperson assigned to a BCM account? In Small Business Accounting, you can assign a Salesperson to an account. Using the BCM SP1 to integrate SBA and BCM, can you see that information and/or change it anywhere in BCM or does it have to go through SBA?

Since Jan 1 when I update Opportunity prices in Business Tools within Outlook the amounts are not being reflected and in some cases deleted all together. Is there a bug? Thanks.

WHen I opened outlook and Business Contact manager popped up to say .. do you want to start it with outlook, it says "yes" "no" and "remind me later". I pushed "no" and now I want it to be a part of outlook. How do I get it to give me that prompt again?

OK, so what Outlook-based CRM alternatives to BCM do people like? The lack of customizable forms is a fatal shortcoming for us, but we do want to stick with something that's build on Outlook and Exchange.
