When I click send and receive in my outlook, a message pops up to say outlook business contacts manager is corrupted and wouldn't allow me to do anything else. Even thought I click on the send report/error, I don't seem to get anywhere.

I want to preserve attachments in email linked to business contacts. I have found examples in my business contact history where attachments remain intact, but most emails lose all attachments and formatting.

When I open Outlook 2003, I get an error message saying "Object reference not set to an instance of an object". This problem shuts down Business Contact Manager and sometimes Outlook. How can I resolve this problem?

How do you correct the problem with an error message that states "managed MAPI catestrophic failure? Also in the error message was - could not start CLR required to permissions cannot be acquired.

I have BCM installed with SP1 and Outlook 2003 with SP2. The install went clean, I have also tried removing the install and doing a complete reinstall. The popup for selecting primary contact from the account setup screen

Ever since Monday I have started having trouble trying to send email from my outlook account. When ever I try to send a message to certain recipients I get the message - "The user does not accept email in non-Western (non-Latin) character sets."
