When I click send and receive in my outlook, a message pops up to say outlook
business contacts manager is corrupted and wouldn't allow me to do anything
else.  Even thought I click on the send report/error, I don't seem to get
anywhere.

I want to preserve attachments in email linked to business contacts.  I have
found examples in my business contact history where attachments remain
intact, but most emails lose all attachments and formatting.

When I open Outlook 2003, I get an error message saying "Object reference not
set to an instance of an object". This problem shuts down Business Contact
Manager and sometimes Outlook. How can I resolve this problem?

When I installed the BMC for Pocket PC client, it failed to install on my
Treo 70, saying that my os wasn't supported. anyone else run into this?

How do you correct the problem with an error message that states "managed
MAPI catestrophic failure?  Also in the error message was - could not start
CLR required to permissions cannot be acquired.

I am trying to paste text into a BCM Account form: specifically into the
"comments" section under the "details" tab of a standard BCM Account. BCM
allows the text to be pasted but when I try to save and close, I get an error
message: "Business Contact Manager does not support ...

I have BCM installed with SP1 and Outlook 2003 with SP2.  The install
went clean, I have also tried removing the install and doing a complete
reinstall.

Ever since Monday I have started having trouble trying to send email from my
outlook account.  When ever I try to send a message to certain recipients I
get the message - "The user does not accept email in non-Western (non-Latin)
character sets."  

Does it allow custom forms???  Any other big fixes? thanks.

While trying to install   Outlook Business Contact Mngr  i get the  message
cannot comunicate  with server, and instalation cannot preceed.

... I get a message saying I can't ahve more than 50 categories, but I don't
have that many selected.  Actually I only have 25 categories in the master
list and my actions are still being limited by the program.
