I keep getting the above error with my Outlook Business Contact Manager.
I've tried uninstalling and then installing BCM again from my orginal discs.
I've also tried the above after installing the BCM patch update and the
error still occurs.

How do I turn off Business Contact Manager in Outlook2003?

I have BCM version 1.00.2002.01. How do I find out what v2 has in the way of
enhancements and then how do I get hold of the upgrade if I want/need these
enhancements.
