I have been looking at possibly purchasing the Prophet 3.0 as a contact
management database for my real estate business. But I am skeptical
after having read all the comments from various users. Please tell me

I want to change the view in a contact record in Business Contact Manager,
but the "current view" menu is grayed out and not accessible.  "Customize

Reports are enabled and run with the exception that I cannot modify.  When
attempting to modify report, the screen comes up but items are shaded out so
I cannot select anything of need.  thoughts?

I had previously uninstalled Business Contact Manager then when reinstalling
it, I get an error that the memory cannot be read when Outlook tries to load
BCM.  I did a complete uninstall and then reinstall of the full Office
