I want to change the view in a contact record in Business Contact Manager, but the "current view" menu is grayed out and not accessible. "Customize view" also does not work. I'm running Office Outlook 2003 w/ Business Contact Manager SP1.

I have been using Outlook and Business Contact Manager for some time. Today, when I opened Outlook I received the following error message "Object reference not set to an instance of an object". My contacts are no longer available in the BCM or address book.

Reports are enabled and run with the exception that I cannot modify. When attempting to modify report, the screen comes up but items are shaded out so I cannot select anything of need. thoughts?
