I want to change the view in a contact record in Business Contact Manager,
but the "current view" menu is grayed out and not accessible.  "Customize
view" also does not work.  I'm running Office Outlook 2003 w/ Business

I have been using Outlook and Business Contact Manager for some time. Today,
when I opened Outlook I received the following error message "Object

Reports are enabled and run with the exception that I cannot modify.  When
attempting to modify report, the screen comes up but items are shaded out so

I want to import my contacts, attachments and emails from Act 2006 into
Outlook 2003.  The import tool in Outlook 2003 does not recognize this newest
version of ACT.  Is there a patch available that would allow me to do this?

I'm tearing my (thinning) hair out trying to find a way to link a meeting in
a BCM contacts History Item field to a group schedule calander. I have the
group schedule for our board room set up in the Public Folder of our Exchange

forms to store user defined customer data.  I understand that customized
