When I start Outlook, I receive an error message that says that
Iris.Mapi.MessageStore or one of its components is missing.  
How can I hack the registry to eliminate this problem?

I get this message: "attempted to read or write to protected memory" when
attempting to open outlook 2003 with Business contact manager then the thing
crashes.. most annoying.

Win 2000 pro - SP4 - I have installed/updated All Office products (and I mean
all) with Windows update, as well as the SP2 update for BCM and zSBA which I
also use, BUT BCM has never yet finalized when starting up Outlook 2003. I am
ready to pull out my hair.

I get this message evertime outlook starts up:
business contact manager "object reference not set to an instance of an
object"
then i click ok for that error then its says "BCM has a reported a error and

I want to use BCM and I only have "contacts". How do I upgrade

Follow up to Accounts and Opportunities has been a regular theme in this
forum and various techniques to link them to Tasks has been suggested as a

Microsoft already recognizes Opportunities as a type of Task. Why not go the

Tasks in the Business Contact History are linked with the Tasks folder.  
Tasks brought up from the Business Contact History are updated in the Tasks
folder just fine.  However, when I delete a task from Business Contact
History list, why isn't it also deleted in the Task folder.  ...

I am in a vicious loop.  BCM appears to have broken and now I can't start
Outlook.  It keeps telling me BCM won't start.  I've tried uninstalling BCM
and reinstalling and it doesn't fix it.  HELP.  

I am trying to learn how to use BCM as a Contact Manager through a sales
cycle. I initially get my leads from a mailing list, call the prospects on
it and make appointments.

Business Contact MGR - File as disappeared now wont save as also every email
