When I open up a bus. contact in BCM, every message in my inbox shows up in the history box on the contact. this occurs on every contact in BCM. Is it supposed to and if not- how do I get it to stop?

My history items in the business contacts, accounts and opportunities view are not showing up and instead I am seeing my current inbox items in that section. Also, I am unable to add a phone log, task etc. from that view. I would very much appreciate any help to get it set back ...

After stumbling onto the knowledge that a BCM update had been released last year I installed the update and the update's service pack 2 on my home laptop. Worked perfectly. Now at work, where I really need it, I've installed the update and service

I can't get this running over our VPN. I opened the 56183 port on both ends, but still my laptop is showing SQL Server Service Manager not able to see the server. I can get to a shared drive on the server through windows explorer. Not sure

Something happened. Now I can't get any new messages (on one computer) and any messages I send (from same computer) are stored in "Outbox" rather than being sent.

Whenever I try to update Outlook Business Contact Manager, it fails because it cannot find mssmlbiz.msi. When I point it to it it fails anyway.
