When I open up a bus. contact  in BCM, every message in my inbox shows up in
the history box on the contact. this occurs on every contact in BCM. Is it
supposed to and if not- how do I get it to stop?

Is there a way to change the menu content of the preset drop-down fields in
Business Contact Manager for the opportunity page?
ie: when creating a new opportunity for a business contact in BCM, there are
fields such as "source of lead" and "sales stage" that are pre-populated with ...

'Unable to initiliaze business contact manager' even though there is data
available from previous input. WHY?

My Laptop came pre-loaded with Office 2003 Professional.  I want to load the
Business Contact Manager but I don't have the CD to install it.  What can I

My history items in the business contacts, accounts and opportunities view
are not showing up and instead I am seeing my current inbox items in that
section. Also, I am unable to add a phone log, task etc. from that view. I
would very much appreciate any help to get it set back ...

After stumbling onto the knowledge that a BCM update had been released last
year I installed the update and the update's service pack 2 on my home
laptop.  Worked perfectly.
Now at work, where I really need it, I've installed the update and service

I can't get this running over our VPN.
I opened the 56183 port on both ends, but still my laptop is showing SQL
Server Service Manager not able to see the server.
I can get to a shared drive on the server through windows explorer. Not sure

I am frequenctly on business trips and I would like to synchronise the BCM
between my laptop and the desktop in the office. How to get this done?

Something happened. Now I can't get any new messages (on one computer) and
any messages I send (from same computer) are stored in "Outbox" rather than
being sent.  

I’m new to newsgroups and posting.  If this is in the wrong place, tell me

Have XPP w/SP 2 (all critical updates installed), Office Pro 2003 (says “no
updates avail”).  Versions I’m running:

Whenever I try to update Outlook Business Contact Manager, it fails because
it cannot find mssmlbiz.msi. When I point it to it it fails anyway.

I am having a difficult time structuring BAC.  For example, we have Territory
Managers that handle multiple dealers.  We have the company headquarters that
looks over everything.  I thought about making the Territory Managers
Accounts and the dealers the business contacts.  BUT ...

Installed BCM.  Now Outlook Crashes.  I need to uninstall BCM or get it fixed
somehow.
