Does anyone know where I might find some written "best practices" regarding
Outlook usage, archiving, etc.?  I'm trying to put together some firm
policies and would like some guidelines.

I am a realtor and would like to know if anyone has experience using ms
office 2003 as a contact database managment

I have already spent 16 hours copying my 345 contacts from my contact folder
to my Business Contact in BCM, then moving the contacts from the contact
folder to Accounts, going into accounts and retyping the company name over
the names to save me from having to retype address info ...

I get a SETUP ERROR-"Failed to load resources from resource file. Please
check your setup" when I try to make a new account or oppurtunity in BCM.  
When I click "OK" on the error it shuts down my Outlook.

I am attempting to BAckup to the hard drive as part of a weekly feature.  An
error message appears stating "Some errors occurred during Backup.  Backup
has been stopped."
It worked earlier in the month so why has it happened?

Is there a way to create a mail merge for all business contacts in an account
that I set up in Accounts in Business Contacts. A

I can’t seem to locate the update duplicates function while performing an
import of new data in the Business contacts manager despite the help menu
providing the option as noted below.

I have several Business Contacts saved in BCM that corresspond to BCM accounts.
I added ficticious phone logs to multiple Business Contacts and Accounts in
BCM. However, when I try to generate "Neglected Accounts" report, the report
comes up blank.

Although this program is for a business, and we ARE a business, our clients
