Does anyone know where I might find some written "best practices" regarding
Outlook usage, archiving, etc.?  I'm trying to put together some firm
policies and would like some guidelines.

I have already spent 16 hours copying my 345 contacts from my contact folder
to my Business Contact in BCM, then moving the contacts from the contact
folder to Accounts, going into accounts and retyping the company name over
the names to save me from having to retype address info ...

I get a SETUP ERROR-"Failed to load resources from resource file. Please
check your setup" when I try to make a new account or oppurtunity in BCM.  
When I click "OK" on the error it shuts down my Outlook.

I am attempting to BAckup to the hard drive as part of a weekly feature.  An
error message appears stating "Some errors occurred during Backup.  Backup
has been stopped."
It worked earlier in the month so why has it happened?

I have several Business Contacts saved in BCM that corresspond to BCM accounts.
I added ficticious phone logs to multiple Business Contacts and Accounts in
BCM. However, when I try to generate "Neglected Accounts" report, the report
comes up blank.

Well, I just installed BCM last week, and read the dozens of posts here.  
From a business standpoint, I'd say that the half-dozen flaws of BCM are
probably a little deliberate just to get us small biz people thinking about
