I have BCM installed on a server and four client pc's which can connect to
the server. When pcA connects to BCM all looks fine, except when pcB tries to
connect I get the following error message:
Business Contact Manager for Outlook database cannot be loaded. This action

I have upgraded to BCMV2 and installed service pack 1.
When I go to open accounts all the accounts are shown but when I try to add

I was planning on using the phone log in BCM. So I clicked on Accounts under
the BCM Tools menu.  Then I doulble clicked on the Account.  I clicked
"ADD"... and nothing happened.  Thats' when I noticed that none of the "add"

I have business contact manager I reformated my computer when i install
business contact manager it goes through the motions but i cant see it in

I installed BCM with no problems, but after i installed it a the worker on
that computer opened outlook and said not to run it with that profile.
How do i get it to let me install it for that profile after the person said

I have a mail merge that has special info for each contact set up in the doc.
When I go to email the merge, it wants to send all the merges.  How can I
get it to email just the one specific for that contact?

I did this back in December to send holiday postcards to my customers, but
now it doesn't seem to be working the same way!
I remember that I couldn't get the mail merge to work from Word (the
database fields don't map right).  I also know that I can't initiate the

I had to install The .Net framework 1.1 before installing the BCM upgrade
even though I had the .Net framework already installed. Do I need both
versions. Will BCM stop working if I uninstall 1.1 framework. I have Windows
XP professional O|S
