I have recently added Business Contact Manager to my Outlook software. I had previously downloaded the utility that is used to back up the pst file. I would like to find a similar utility for the Business Contact Manager records.

My BCM is enabled. I was prompted to create a data base file and created successfully. On restarting Outlook, I do have a "Business Tool" along the top line of menu buttons.

When I import data from Excell or Acces to Business Contact Manager the fields are out of synch. I have tried renaming the address in Excell / Access to the same as shown in the mapping but still same problem. Can anyone help - please

Finally, renamed my microsoft BCM server, think it was left over from other tries. Did an uninstall with BCM. then reinstalled.

Can not seem to install business contact manager I installed trial of outlook 2003, and trial of BCM used 2 months, then purchased each separatly. uninstalled both, reinstalled, but BCM tells me it cannot find server. any tips

To use the Buisness Contact Manager, does it require a PST file? I've tested it and it seems that it does but there isn't anyway I can confirm this. Does anyone know for sure?
