When I create a new task on a business contact this task appears in the task pad in my calendar. This is nice, but there is no way that I can see which contact this task is linked to. I have to look through my 200 contacts to see if anyone has that task-text so I e.g. can find ...

How do you import the notes from ACT 7 into Business Contact Manager 2003 I have got all the contacts but the notes don`t come across - Even if I could import to Excel it would help - thanks Gary

I cannot activate Business Office Contact Manager without it conflicting with Outlook, and then shutting down outlook. For me to use Outlook I had to uninstall Business Office Contact Manager. Any suggestions? Bob

I just updated to Office Small Business 2003. I loaded Business Contact Manager. Every time I click on the Outlook icon this error message appears. I have already downloaded & installed what the microsoft website said were updates.

Since installing BCM, I get nothing but error messages like the one above. Outlook does not work and automatically shuts down. Reports get sent to Microsoft. I have installed all updates and then uninstalled and reinstalled Outlook and BCM. No change. Errors, lockup, general ...

I have used ACT for a number of years. The new upgrade is slow and ACT is loosing market share to Outlook which is improving. I would like to import my data into Outlook 2003 from ACT 8.0. There is no map for the import that I can find. Is there anything available?

I recently got a new computer. I am trying to transfer all of my contacts to the new computer. I was able to transfer the contacts, accounts, and business contacts to the new computer by exporting each as a .bcm file and then importing them on the new computer.

I am encountering a problem with opening Outlook 2003. Every time I try to open OL2K3 I receive the following error message: "Cannot start Microsoft Office Outlook. Unable to open the Outlook window. The set of folders could not be opened. The server is not available.
