Clicking a senders email address does make it possible to add (or lookup) the
Contact in the Contacts folder.
But I want Outlook to add (or lookup) my Business Contact, NOT a contact in
my normal contacts folder.

This is quite frustrating, I spent the time 1st to install BCM then to
transfer my contacts as needed to BCM, Started tracking multiple phone calls,
appointment dates, tasks associated with each contact over the past month,
only to open them up this morning to find a complete ...

Just recently installed BCM.  While in outlook the Business Tools menu
quickly disappears and reappears on the menu bar.  How do I start this?  
Also, some kind of SQL services Manager loads up at startup but doesn't seem
connected to anything.  do I need that?

I am trying to import my Business Contacts and Accounts from my old computer
to my new computer.  I have managed to transfer all of the files by exporting
the old files and a .bcm and then importing it.

I want to compare observations.  It seems that using BCM when connected
via pptp vpn that network traffic never stops.  The indicator lights
stay solid.  In my non-BCM Outlook profile with the same connection,
there is no problem.

I have tried to load bus. contact manager and unintall bus. contact mgr. and
I keep getting my .oft verison is incorrect. I have 1.00.16.16.0 and I am
being told I need 2.00.3516.00. How do I get the newer version?

Office performed a automatic update and now my Outlook 2003 on start up
cannot start the database engine, what do I do know ? I do not want to lose

On starting Outlook I get a message: "Your .oft file for message class
IPM.Contact.BCM.Contact has a wrong version. Requested version 2.00.3516.00,
.oft form version 1.00.1616.00"
This sympton appeared after I re-installed BCM following its disappearance!

Orginally BCM was on the file menu, but I deleted the folder from the folder
list.  BCM is still in my start menu, but I can't seem to see it on the
outlook file menu. Doesn't seem to appear in help menu either

I am unable to use Outlook with  to run my consultancy, because I cannot
sync vital contact information with my PDA when using Business Contact
Manager. It is a very good program. When will this simple sync option be made
available for Outlook 2003 with BCM users?

Hi all, I'm on a SBS2003 network, my workstation is XP Pro SP2.
I've tried to install BCM twice, and I still can't view any of the features
of it in Outlook. the help file was installed, but I can't see anything in
the top panel or folder list that refers to anything BCM.
