Clicking a senders email address does make it possible to add (or lookup) the
Contact in the Contacts folder.
But I want Outlook to add (or lookup) my Business Contact, NOT a contact in
my normal contacts folder.

Just recently installed BCM.  While in outlook the Business Tools menu
quickly disappears and reappears on the menu bar.  How do I start this?  
Also, some kind of SQL services Manager loads up at startup but doesn't seem
connected to anything.  do I need that?

I want to compare observations.  It seems that using BCM when connected
via pptp vpn that network traffic never stops.  The indicator lights
stay solid.  In my non-BCM Outlook profile with the same connection,

On starting Outlook I get a message: "Your .oft file for message class
IPM.Contact.BCM.Contact has a wrong version. Requested version 2.00.3516.00,
.oft form version 1.00.1616.00"
This sympton appeared after I re-installed BCM following its disappearance!

Orginally BCM was on the file menu, but I deleted the folder from the folder
list.  BCM is still in my start menu, but I can't seem to see it on the

I am unable to use Outlook with  to run my consultancy, because I cannot

Hi all, I'm on a SBS2003 network, my workstation is XP Pro SP2.
I've tried to install BCM twice, and I still can't view any of the features
of it in Outlook. the help file was installed, but I can't see anything in
the top panel or folder list that refers to anything BCM.
