I have just restored my laptop & installed Office 2003.  After setting
everything up I installed Business contact Manager & now each time I start
Outlook it crashes & restarts.  I uninstalled BCM & it work again fine.  
After reinstalling it does the same crash & I can't open ...

I installed Business Contact Manager & Outlook 2003. Outlook opened great;
including access to my BellSouth email account - but without touching any
key, the error message popped up "Object reference not set to an instance of

I am converting from Outlook Express and I use the "company name - person"
format, but can't seem to do it in Outlook.  Is it possible?

After I install BCM, on my already working Outlook 2003.
When I open outlook it gives me:
"The operation failed.  An object could not be found".
Anyone knows what that could be about?

How do I get outlook to work?  When I open outlook, a message appears,
"Operation Failed".  First, how do I get Outlook to open correctly and use
BCM?

In OL 2003 at the bottom of each contact record, you can link other contacts
to it.  Is there a way to do this in BCM, and if so where.

On my 'server' I am running XP Pro, I have BCM with SP2 installed, and

I was watching a video in preparation for getting out SBS 2003 up and
running, and it said that this comes with the SBS.  However, we have regular
old Outlook.  Since BCM is probably just what we need, where can I get it?  I
can't even find it in the office products section.  ...

We are looking at having a server hosted externally with SBS loaded. Can
anyone please tell me if BCM v2 is supported for multiple users under this
set up and what needs to be done to achieve this?

When I try to use the contacts in Business Contact Manager in a Word Mail
Merge. I get an error and it shuts down after sending an error report. Has
anyone successfully used BCM address books with mail merge?

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Does anyone have experience with
BCM 2.0 for 10-15 users and 7500+ contacts? Have you upsized the MSDE
instance for BCM to SQL? Have you used the Mobile phone add-in for BCM 2.0?

On  a windows 2003 server with Outlook 2003...
When I try to add another user to BCM, I can tick the user, click next and
it confirms the list of user.
I then click 'Finish' and I get :
