When I try to start Office 2003 Outlook I get the message "Business Contact
Manager has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the
inconvenience." It then gives me the option to Send or Don't Send an error
report. I then get a window asking if I want to ...

I've set up a distribution list of my clients, but it seems to have a limit
of how many names I can have in the list. Is there a limit? 50 seems to work
but it's a hassle to break up my list of 200 or so into groups of 50.

I am trying to convert our standard Outlook contacts to BCM and have copied
all contacts to the BCM folder as Business Contacts. Now I want to group them
into accounts based on the company that each contact represents. Is there an
easier way to do this than the standard one ...

I have to say that BCM is a good start for MS to fill a void in its
product line. I know that I've been looking for a product like BCM for
quite some time. I don't feel that it is quite 100% usable for my

the hard disc on my laptop was corrupted so my computer engineer retrieved my
contacts data in the foillowing format:
MSBusinessContactManager.ldf @ 10MB

We have a basic contact form on our website where prospects can type in
their own contact details.
I would like to be able to copy this info over to my business contact,
without having to type it in.
