about 5 users who need additional capabilities like BCM but all 5 HAVE to
have OWA access to their basic client info and HAVE to have it sync with

I have a drop down menu, which I will use before I use a tool bar, and all
these uncontrollable tool bars do is clutter up my working area and are very
annoying.
