I have a client who wants to set up an exchange server. They only have about 5 users who need additional capabilities like BCM but all 5 HAVE to have OWA access to their basic client info and HAVE to have it sync with their WM5 phones.

How do I turn off, or remove, the Business Contact Manager tool bar? I have a drop down menu, which I will use before I use a tool bar, and all these uncontrollable tool bars do is clutter up my working area and are very annoying.
