I have 4,000 odd records in Microsoft Outlook Business Contact Manager, within various categories. Hiow can I send an email to certain categories, but not others? At present, I have to send the email to all of them, using the To: function or none at all!

We are currently using BCM 2.X and have need to share BCM contact info between several machines on a peer-to-peer network. I understand BCM 3.0 will allow us to easily do this. Can someone let me know where I can get the upgrade? Thanks.

Today I opened my Outlook Business Contact Manager - clicked on a cliant and the message came up Business Contact Manager was unable to initialize this form. All my Business Contact asre the same. Please suggest how I can reinstall the datafile.
