How do I send email to a subset of contacts within BCM19 Apr 2006 22:50 GMT3
I have 4,000 odd records in Microsoft Outlook Business Contact Manager,
within various categories.  Hiow can I send an email to certain categories,
but not others?  At present, I have to send the email to all of them, using
the To: function or none at all!
Were do I get BCM 3.0?19 Apr 2006 20:43 GMT1
We are currently using BCM 2.X and have need to share BCM contact info
between several machines on a peer-to-peer network. I understand BCM 3.0
will allow us to easily do this. Can someone let me know where I can get the

Today I opened my Outlook Business Contact Manager - clicked on a cliant and
the message came up Business Contact Manager was unable to initialize this
form.  All my Business Contact asre the same.  Please suggest how I can
reinstall the datafile.

I'm trying to run the Data Migration Wizard for Microsoft Office Outlook
with Business Contact Manager but are having trouble getting past the
prerequistite checks.
It fails on the last item saying 'Current user does not have Restricted

I am unable to open Accounts or Business Contacts and the error message
appearing is as follows: "Array index out of Bounds" and contact
administrator.  I have tried reinstalling BCM but nothing has changed.

This is a really stupid quest, but our office only has 6 computers and my
boss put me in charge of somehow synching/networking them so that we share
one common BCM database and Outlook calendar.
Can I simply share my BCM database with the other 5 computers if SP2 is

When I did the Startup Wizard and tried to create a new database the
following happened:
1. the first popup says "Creating New Database" and had a status bar and a
cancel button (which I didn't mess with).

When I click the  "E-mail Auto-link" in any Account window there are no
e-mail addresses to select. I've added business contacts for these Accounts
and I've read all the help files I can find but I'm still not able ...
