I am an ACT 2006 user and I am looking for some of the flexibility in BCM.  
Can you add fields and edit the content of exisiting fields is the basic

I had been using Outlook and recently I upgraded my ssytem with the latest
Business verison of the product and for some reason it isn't converting...
any suggestions to bring in the .PST file... it does transfer in and I like
to know why this is happening.

After re-installing BCM in outlook, it creates an error that forces outlook
to close when the BCM folders are clicked for the first time. It only
displays a message saying the BCM folders cannot be opened because of an
error.
