This error message turned up after 18 months of successful use of BCM. I
followed help instructions to add a user to the BCM group but it didn't help
at all. I couldn't find any other solutions. Any ideas?

I'm trying to filter out inactive contacts.  I've created catagories (active,
inactive).  Then tried to filter, defining the criteria either "Categories
contains Active", or "Categories contains Inactive."  The results are
inaccurate, giving me some inactive contacts regardless.

My Business Contact manager will not open and because of this Outlook won't
open. I have tried opening in safe mode, detect and repair. I also attempted
to do a system restore at a point when it worked. But my system won't restore
at any point.

Very willing I installed Outlook 2007 beta. When I wanted to download
my Dutch backup from BCM 2003, I got the message that this backup was
in another language and not to restore.
