When I run a report such as Accounts by Category and then go to modify report
the general tab is all greyed out?
How do I fix this?

Although I can see the benefits of the provided functionality, the Business
Contact Manager runs very slow. sqlservr.exe is always at 100% cpu.
It does not matter what hardware is used. 2GHz and 1Gb of Ram makes no
difference.

I am using Microsoft Small Business Edition 2003 - and I am just starting to
use Outlook on my home computer for my new home business, (I've used Outlook
for years at work on network computers).
I am trying to enter new business contacts, but I am getting this message

Can BCM be used with Exchange 2000?  Or do we have to upgrade to 2003?  The
various websites seem to indicate it must be 2003.
I will be the primary user although two others want to see my sales activity
and occasionally enter customer contact info.

I am using Outlook 2003 with SP1, but don't know how to start Business
Contact Manager. I have since downloaded BCM from Microsoft but still cannot
see where to start it in outlook. I cannot see the BCM folders. Please help

I can see the details, finance, etc. tabs on either a business contact or an
account.  but I cannot see the general tab on either (obviously pretty
importnat).  the data is there because I can see it in list view, and I can
see the general tab on a regular contact.

I accidentally junked an e-mail address then removed it from my junked file
