When I run a report such as Accounts by Category and then go to modify report
the general tab is all greyed out?

Although I can see the benefits of the provided functionality, the Business
Contact Manager runs very slow. sqlservr.exe is always at 100% cpu.
It does not matter what hardware is used. 2GHz and 1Gb of Ram makes no
difference.

I am using Microsoft Small Business Edition 2003 - and I am just starting to
use Outlook on my home computer for my new home business, (I've used Outlook
for years at work on network computers).

Can BCM be used with Exchange 2000?  Or do we have to upgrade to 2003?  The

I am using Outlook 2003 with SP1, but don't know how to start Business
Contact Manager. I have since downloaded BCM from Microsoft but still cannot

I can see the details, finance, etc. tabs on either a business contact or an
account.  but I cannot see the general tab on either (obviously pretty
importnat).  the data is there because I can see it in list view, and I can
see the general tab on a regular contact.

Ok, I would like to send an email to all of my contacts in a certain
category. I dont need a mailing list, but would like the mail to go out
individually so my customers do not see that I am sending it to every
one....
