Does anybody have or know of a conversion program to convert all Company info that's in our contacts (V2) into Account info in V3 and then relink the contacts to the Accounts? I restored a backup copy of the DB from v2 into v3 an the conversion process made a total mess of

When I click on Business History tab nothing shows up. It says there are 2090 items and has "filter applied" beside it. If there is a filter applied how do I remove it (from memory I have never put one on?).

Is there a way to assign tasks to people in your contacts like you can in Outlook? I can only see where you have to add user accounts to the system in order to assign tasks and share other info. Perhaps I installed it wrong - but I would love some assistance with this problem. ...

Been trying to install the BCM Beta after install of Office 2007, but the installation keeps failing. Removed Office 2003 and Office 2007 to try clean install, but no luck. At a stand-still. Worked nice on another computer I have with nice features.

This seems to set your day up. I need to see calls, opportunities and tasks on the calender. I know that tasks come up on the side, so what. If I have to schedule anything with a date, duration and completion, it should be on the calender. Look at ACT!
