Outlook cannot show contacts in sub folders in contact13 Jun 2006 23:13 GMT1
does anyone have this problem?
i just tried the new Outlook beta and when i open my old .pst file, any
contacts under subfolders under the contact cannot be shown. i can't find a
way to access those contacts.

It's not very helpful having all your business contacts dumped into two
folders (Accounts & Business Contacts). For example, what about Vendors,
Shippers, Sales Associates, etc.?
It should be possible to create new folders and new sub-folders within BCM.

not extensible and I can find no way to create my own.

Hi everyone,
We are currently trying to implement BCM as our new CRM.  After a week or so
of testing the software, we decided we were ready to install it on the server
so we could create the database there.  However, when I install BCM, the BCM

When I back up the database the file is saved as .msbcm, but outlook only
offers me the opportunity to open a .bcm file....How can I correct this issue.
