looking for help configuring Business Contacts Manager to work with SQL

I have installed BCM 2007 and shared a database with another BCM 2007 server.
When I attach the client to the database of 1900 contacts, it creates a
reminder for every single record. This is despite the fact that Default
Reminders is turned off on both the client and the server.

I've spent hours trying to modify the BCM template, only to read in this

I am new to Bus Contact Mgr.  I copied a bunch of pesonal contacts into the
Bus Contact Mgr.  But now when I try to open the contact I get this message
"Unable to intialize this form".  Anybody know what this is about?  What do I
