I have combined two contacts lists, and there are many 100% duplicates.  What
must I do to have the programme delete duplicates?

I need to send out emails to members of distribution lists, however, due to
privacy laws, each recipient cannot receive the details of the other members

I don't seem to be able to save a custom form when I go into design
mode. The whole thing seems flaky. I'm using version 2. Is it me, or

I have downloaded the beta version of outlook 2007 and it locks up after it
goes through send recieve

Recently started using BCM.  Historically I've used Outlook Journal entries
w/contacts as a basic contact manager.  I was hopeful that BCM would increase
my functionality (e.g. activity reports) but I'm dissappointed that none of
my journal entries from the past can be converted ...

When I try to open my business contact manager, I get an error message saying
it cannot open the data and or does not exsist or access is denied.

When attempting to install Outlook 2007 w/BCM the installation aborts &
directs me to the 'MBSsetup...' log.
The error message noted in the log is the following:
"The InstallScript engine on this machine is older than the version required

restore of the C drive. Everything is OK EXCEPT that Business Contact Manager
cannot connect to the BCM database located on another Computer on the LAN.

I've installed Outlook '07 beta and BCM beta, but have lost my BCM contacts
from the Outlook & BCM '03 version I was using.  I assume that the BCM
contacts are still on my hard drive in a file somewhere - but I don't know

Can Sales Stage by edited in Business Contact Mgr inOutlook 2003

Can additional fields be added to Business Contacts for additional phone
numbers, web sites, etc.?  I want to change from using Access database, but
BCM does not contain enough fields for my information.

I have used Business Contact Manager for Outlook 2003 on this computer in the
past with no problems.  The hard drive on the computer failed and I have
replaced it with a new hard drive.  Since that time I have been unable to
reinstall Business Contact Manager for OUtlook 2003..
