In BCM, as I enter a new Communication History Item (Business Note, Phone
Log, etc), I would like to be able to search those items at a later point,
but am not finding a way to do so.

How can I install BCM 2007 without installing SQL Server 2005 Express?
On my Test-PC I already had a valid installation of SQL 2005 Express: BCM
2007 didn't took notice of this instance. I was not able to see an option, to
install BCM 2007 without the database part.

I am unable to install BCM 2007 on a computer that I have already installed
Outlook 2007 on.  
The files extract successfully, but during the Microsoft SQL Server 2005
install portion here is the error message:

I am running BCM with Outlook 2003 and the SQL Server Service Manager pops
up at start and I have to x out.  It used to start minimized but no longer
does.  Can anyone help me start it minimized again?

I am using Outlook 2003. I've just learn about the journal feature and I

I developed instability with Windows XP Pro that required a no-reformat
reinstall operation.
Upon recovery I found that BCM would no longer recognize my databases. I
then took the following steps:

already have Microsoft Small Business Accounting 2006 installed and it

Is it possible to import my Accounts and Contacts (from Access) into BCM and
have them linked automatically?
At the moment, I have the Account names filled in on the contact forms, but
they do not actually link to the corresponding Account.

when opening the Project tab in BCM I get the following error message: "Type
Mismatch: Cannot coerce parameter value. Outlook cannot translate your
string." Anybody knows what that means and ow to remedy?

Thankful for everyone who's active here, have already goten a lot of

I've successfully set up BCM on a Win2003Server and have 4 clients with
XP SP2. Updated and a shared database created on the server with all
