Updated to newest version of BCM - backup no longer works31 Aug 2006 16:22 GMT1
I recently updated BCM and discovered this evening when I started my weekly
backup that I have "lost" the ability to backup my BCM database.  When I
click on File, then look for the backup function, it has disappeared.
Any suggestions?  Thanks!

Is there any way to change all my imported contacts (over 600) to default
filed as "last name, first name"? Would be a lot easier to find when I link
to them!

Lets say johnsmith is the licensed user of Outlook 2003 on a server computer.
One of my computers with BCM gets this error, "SQL server not found:

I am attempting to install Outlook Business Contact Mgr after reinstalling
Office XP Pro 2003.  I had to reinstall because I had to reinstall Windows.  
I get the following error message when trying to install BCM: "Setup failed
to configure the server.  Refer to the server error ...

When I have the up-dates to Outlook 2003 installed, Business Contact Manager
will not Accept Tasks.  When the up-dates are removed, BCM will then Accept
Tasks.

I have several entries in Business Contacts with the word "The" in the
Company Name field, eg.,  "The ABC Company, Inc.".
When I create Labels the Company Name comes out as "ABC Company, The".  I

A) Completed Export to BCM (From Outlook 2003)
B) Database Backup From MSSQL 2003 (Express Ed, or Whatever)
I Did a clean install (on Another WorkStation) of Office 2007, then install
