In Business Contacts, i believe there should be 3 tabs (General - Details - & Journal / Actvities). My Jounal / Activities tab does not exist. Can someone please tell me how to get it back.

Could I propose a search engine for Outlook? When we receive a phone call and want to know who it is, there should be an option on Outlook contacts where we can type in the phone number and see who it is. Obviously if that number is not in the contacts, nothing would show

Please advice is there is feature when you hit send button, the MS Outlook asks for 'Save In' that helps to put the message in respective folder. This helps to catalogue mails and not push the email manually when it has been sent!

I downloaded the B2TR for Office, and following the install documentation removed BCM first, and then installed the refresh. Now I've realized there is no BCM refresh to download. Am I missing something?
