when i set up outlook I told it i have email (i do) it installed but now when
I go in i get an errer message that i need to set up a email user profile in

I have the BCM working well on a LAN, but are having issues with my VPN.
It CAN find the remote server with the BCM on OK and  connect no problem.
But it never displays the BCM add-in menu. When you look at VPN status it is
stuck sending and receiving data.

I run the update v2 for BCM and was not able to generate reports anymore.  
Does anybody know the solution to this problem?  I read that one solution is
to uninstall v2, but how do we install its components later on?
