When you send an email in Word, and click on the To icon, it brings up your Outlook address book. It alwasy defaults to the Contacts address book, but I would like it to default to the BCM Contacts address book; any way do choose the default Outlook Adress Book?

Using Beta2 2007 version, trying to gain access to Business Contact Manager the above error prevents me from entering to use BCM. Anybody else experience this? Any solutions?

The recently modified date will not update when an account history item (note, task, phone call, etc) is added to the account. It is only changing when a contact is added or any of the contact information is changed for that account. Is it supposed to do this? It makes it hard ...

Is there anywhere to find out what the PLAN is for supporting BCM on smartphones? I have a Verizon Pocket PC and can honestly say without this functionality BCM is pretty worthless to me.

I downloaded and installed Office 2007 which includes Outlook. I then downloaed and tried to install BCM-EN. It told me that the 2 didnt match. Ive deleytede and tried re-installing twice without success. Any suggestions as to what I can do? Please help!

This program is very difficult to work with and not very real-world IMO. I wish you could create folders in BCM, customze your flags for followup by color in something more than email, more easily create views by being able to rightclick and show/hide a category, etc.

when I import CSv data previously exported from BCM, there are fields that are missing in the map. For instance, Accounts is not listed as a destination field in the mapping process. Am I missing something in the import process?
