I have recently started using BCM. If you have many qualified leads, is it common practice to create an account for each lead in BCM even though the lead is not a customer yet? Do you just use categories instead? Thanks. samir

The MS documentation (that compares BCM w/ MS CRM) indicates there is a 25 employee/user limit with BCM, yet a MS Case Study (about using Solution Selling templates with Outlook and BCM) indicates the company has 35 employees.
