I've installed BCM on my network based on some computers with windows 2000
amd some with windows XP.
The database is on my server (with windows 2000), all the other computers
are clients. Everything works fine for me except that now if I try to change

I have two email accounts, one is POP3 (lets call this Account 1) and the
other a MAPI (e.g. Accout 2).  My default accout is the POP3.
When I download email, the received emails go into the correct folders, that
is to say Account 1 email goes in the Busines Folders Inbox and ...

I have read about sending an email for everyone in a category (see below).  
That works for me when I am in Contacts.  When I switch to my Business
Contact folder and click on a category header, the option for 'new message to

I am using Outlook2003 with Business Contact Manager and SBS2003 (Exchange)  
At setup I selected a local database on my own machine, not sharing it with
anyone else.
When I start Outlook I get the warning message

My boss currently uses ACT for contact management/sales tracking.  It
seems that it might make sense to migrate to BCM, however there are a
couple issues in the way: custom fields and windows mobile 5.0 support.

I have recently started using BCM.  If you have many qualified leads, is it
common practice to create an account for each lead in BCM even though the
lead is not a customer yet?  Do you just use categories instead?  Thanks.

I am unable to open and edit contact information in Outlook Business Contact
Manager but this message only occurs in my "Business Contacts in Business
Contacts" folder.  All other contact folders are fine.

Is there any way to automatically connect to a link within an outlook email
message? I have a known web address that I would like to automatically
connect to when message arrives. Any thoughts out there???

The MS documentation (that compares BCM w/ MS CRM) indicates there is a 25
employee/user limit with BCM, yet a MS Case Study (about using Solution
Selling templates with Outlook and BCM) indicates the company has 35
employees.

I have installed the add-in for Outlook 2003 for Business Contacts on
Pocket Pc, and although I have the little BCM icon on my PDA, and
within active sync on my PC it recognises that it is something it can
