At the moment it isn't posible to install Outlook BCM on a Terminal Server. This is because BCM relies on the Cache mode wich can't be enabled for users on a TS system. Users want to use BCM on a TS.

Besides using business manager can I use Act to work together with outlook, i.e whatever contact info, documents and history notes, etc, is there a way to view the same information from "outlook". I called Act and they told me there is a software called "Double Look" cost $79.95 ...

Your Outlook 2003 wont import from ACT 6.0. How is this done? 6.0 has been out for over a year probably 2 and I cant believe that Microsoft wouldnt keep current with importing from the latest version of ACT. Any suggestions or do I have to reinstall an older version

I am trying to convert my office from Act! 6.0 to Outlook 2003 but I could not import my database since Outlook 2003 will only support up to Act!2000. Anyone have any suggestion or know of a download that allows this?

Have updated BCM to SP3 and still cannot import my ACT 8.0 database into BCM? When I go to import, the only choices I have converting the information is .dbf or the quickbooks format. Ideas????
