Customizing BCM Forms05 Jan 2007 16:47 GMT1
I'm at a loss here. If I add a Contact, I'm shown a form with five tabs:
General, Details, Activities, Certificates, and All Fields. If I add a
Business Contact, the form only shows two tabs: General and Details. I can't
seem to change this behavior; if I try to change the ...
BCM: "Object could not be found"04 Jan 2007 23:25 GMT1
I'm finally getting around to trying Outlook with Business Contact  Manager
(2003) again and having some problems getting it set up. I thought the
problem could be resolved by uninstalling and reinstalling it  (with the
Update and Service Packs 1, 2, and 3), but I'm having the ...

Uninstalling BCM 200702 Jan 2007 08:13 GMT4
Having experienced major issues with this product we have decided not to
pursue our interest in it. (Reporting inflexibility; not a true contact
Management system; huge memory requirements, etc, etc). We went to the
Microsoft support web site and reviewed the instructions for ...
BCM - The information store could not be opened02 Jan 2007 07:26 GMT3
OK I'll try again - there are two other unresolved threads by other authors
stretching back several months on this exact same issue.  I first had a
problem reading (i.e. opening) the Business Contacts so I restored an earlier
backup database.  Now I get a message during Outlook ...
Idenitifying Unlinked Emails02 Jan 2007 06:41 GMT1
Is there anyway that I can identify or report on outlook emails that are not
linked to a business contact.
I have auto emailing on but sometimes I receive emails from paypal on behalf
of someone and they do not automatically link.
BCM not installed with Office 2007 Small Business02 Jan 2007 06:36 GMT1
Business Contact Manager is supposed to be a part of Office 2007 Small
Business, but it did not install.  I tried reinstalling, but it did not help.
Missing Business Contact Manager after adding outlook 0702 Jan 2007 06:25 GMT2
I had trouble installing Outlook 07 (and therefore BCM).  Uninstalled outlook
03 that was on my system and then re-ran Office Pro 07 install to get outlook
added and that worked but could not get BCM added.  Could you give me a clue
as to how to proceed?
Office 2007 Trial version02 Jan 2007 06:21 GMT4
I installed office for Business Trial Version that is suppose to include BCM
and it did not install.
I originally had the BCM beta for in Office 2003 installed then used the
Office 2007 Beta version.  It must have installed BCM (or was not an option).
