How do I add email sender as contact in outlook 200704 Feb 2007 17:09 GMT2
It's always been so simple, but seems to have changed.  I want to be sure I
can add them as both a personal contact and business contact from their email.

I have tried to download disc 2 of Office Pro 2007 several times.  When
trying to install, the install quits and I get the following error.

Every time I try to run a business report, error message comes up.."Cannot
generate this report....see administrator". I am running this on my laptop
and not on a network.

Just getting into the idea of BCM as both a tool within our business but also

contacts.  Now, when change my "current view" of contacts (in Outlook), some
of the views show some of  the info & some do not.  Address Cards: No header

I also get a BCM error (BCM has encountered a problem and needs to close.)
but it appears as soon as Outlook has started (both in normal and in safe
mode) and then Outlook is closed. It has has nothing to do with Outlook.pst
because I renamed it and the behaviour remained te same ...

Is there an easy or automatic way to copy existing information from an
Outlook Contact record to the more detailed Outlook Business Contact record?
Currently I'm using multiple cut and pastes. There's got to be a better way!

I moved the Outlook .pst file to a new location.  Now when I open the BCM
properties, it tells me it cannot find the database, and it is looking for
the .pst file in the old location.  How do I tell BCM where the new location
of the .pst file is?

Situation:  Currently my client has SBS 2003 with Exchange running on their
server.  On the desktops they have Office 2003 Professional.  Tomorrow I'm
going to be upgrading to Office 2007 Professional on all desktops including
BCM with the database residing on the server.

"communication history" folder by specifying only viewing the type "note".
Unfortunately, this left me with a blank screen.  I have many "business
note"s, and none of them show up. There is nothing else in the filter ...

only complaint I have had with BCM
