I've never used BCM on my machine, but my mom today has run into problems with it and I'm not sure how to help her. She had to set up an email account in outlook and while running a test, she got an error message that BCM had to shut down because it experienced an error. It

Is there a way to associate multiple business contacts to an account, without actually embedding them into the account? For example, suppose there is an account called "Company ABC". I know I can have its employees as business contacts.

I am extremely disappointed with Business Contact Manager. I was seeking a Contact database that could be shared and accessed within our office network. Now that I’ve purchased it – I’ve discovered that “Share” has different meanings. I am not happy!

I am trying to Import a large ACT! 6.0 database and some of the addresses and phone numbers import Ok but a lot do not. I mapped the fields I wanted to import. Any ideas?

I just upgraded my outlook 2003 with BCM to 2007 with BCM. All works fine but when I ge tto the database selector, my old dateabase does not show up in the dropdown list. Is there something I need to do to the database files first?

Is there any way to do a full search of BCM items? If I have a business note with the workd "sample" in it is there any way to search through everything and have the business notes with the word "sample" show up? Seems searching and views do not allow you to access BCM items like ...
