My business doesn't sell products so unit cost, markup, are not relevant, but
I also need some other columns  to properly define opportunities.
Is there a way that I can redefine these columns?

I just installed Office 2007 Pro with Business Contact Manager over Vista
32-bit upgrade [from XP Pro] and everything appears to be working correctly
except for Outlook 2007. It pops up the "Outlook has stopped working..."
dialog box and then allegedly sends Microsoft some report ...

I have tried to install BCM 2007 and I get a "installation failed" notice
evertime.
Trust center- BCM is disabled

The answer to these questions should be simple to find but I have been
searching for hours...
1. Can we access BCM data remotely? How is this done and how is it set up?
How does the remote client user actually access the BCM data?

Using:  Outlook 2003 w/Business Contact Manager; MS Active Sync v. 3.7; HP
iPAQ 4155 running on Pocket PC 2003 w/Outlook 2002.

I received a free copy of Office by attending a launch event last month.  To
get my copy I had to download it.  As far as I can tell the business contact
manager is not installed.  All I see is the basic contact screens.  Am I
missing something?  How do I install the business ...

I've been reading a lot of the posts about sync problems with BCM and Smart
Phones.  I'm a little unsure if these problems have been resolved with 2007.

I just upgraded my Outlook 2003 to Outlook 2003 with BCM version 2. 0.  I can
see the contact list under outlook but when I try to open any one contact I
get the following error message " Business Contact Manager was unable to
initialize this form".  What am I doing wrong?

I have been using BCM for several months.  Recently my hard disk failed.  I
purchased a new disk and a well meaning friend, transferred my outlook .pst
file to the new disk.  He also transferred my profile.  
When I look in the directory C:\dcouments and settings\<user>\local

I have low vision and read slowly.  I just do not get the hang of setting up
BCM.  What support options.  It sounds so simple from the demo, ub t when I
try it nothing works.  I can not eve copy notes from my notepad to BCM notes.
