I have just installed Vista and Office 2007. When I try to restore an old backup into BCM I get the error message "Create database permission denied in database 'master'. Restore database is terminating abnormally.

I get a message every now and again that says BCM for Outlook cannot be loaded. Cannot access database. Database is currently stopped. Do you want to change the configuration? Usually I only get this message when I am not connected to the Internet.

If have installed office 2007 and bcm 2007. during the installation my bcm 2003 db has been upgraded to 2007. All is running good. BUT: if i will open a business contact -> outlook ended wtith the message "..outlook has a problem...".

Had to do a OSRI on Friday. I have found my old pst files and have been able to get all the old stuff to come up in Outlook except for my Business Contacts and Accounts. Has anyone successfully dealt with this issue?

It is a shame that the storing the database on a central server machine like SBS 2003 is not supported. MSDE and SQL 2005 are both used by SBS so it would make sense to utilise them and for any number of other reasons (availability, backup, remote access etc). CRM 3.0 is just to ...

When I try to add a new database I get "Business Contact Manager for Outlook does not support this function", and I cannot find any help anywhere out there. I have 500+ contacts in a 2003 BCM database, and I am s**t out of luck without them.

When I try to link an appointment or email to the business history log, and select "Business Contact" as the Record Type, my "Contact" records are displayed in the Available Records NOT my "Business Contacts." It was working just fine yesterday, but is not today. Can anyone help?
