I just installed BCM on my laptop which access Exchange 2003 through my company server. When I click on Business Tools and any report the following error pops up in a messagebox: "The report could not be generated. Please try again."

I went to backup my BCM database (03 with update version) through the manage database area. Instead of clicking Backup I clicked Check Errors and Start. (I do have fast clicking problems) So since that was not what I want to do, I hit the exit X and clicked End Now.

WLhen I installed BCM 2007 it created a new database instead of upgrading the 2003 database. How do I get the data from the old file? Is it a do over?
