I just installed by retail box version of Office 2007 today, after having run
the trial for 6 weeks or so.
The initial install (which did not include BCM or Acctg 2007) went fine.  I
used Outlook a couple of times.

I have intalled Office 2007 on 2 different machines and both are
locking up in Outlook when the user attempts to reply to an email. Is
this a known issue???

I am scanning diagrams in Adobe 6.0  I am trying to email them to customers.  
I click on the mail button and I do not have a send button.  I get the
message - file has not been sent.
I also get this note:  To protect against computer viruses, email programs

I purchased Office Pro Plus 2007 and did not realize that BCM was not in
there. Is there a way to just purchase the BCM?

In ACT! and most high end business contact managers, one can edit groups of
contacts to change addresses, categories, phone numbers, business name, user
fields.  Is there a way to do this in Outlook Business Contact Manager?

I have Outlook 2007, with Windows DEsktop Search V3, and the latest version
of Business Contacts Manager. I have moved all my contacts, that were
originally in my outlook pst file, into Business Contacts Manager, Business
Contacts Folder.

I loaded from disks, now the reinstall of the latest BCM update does not seem

Often Im reading through emails and want to add a note or other detail to a
business contact that wrote the email. How do I right click on the email
and bring up the correspoding contact so I can edit it?

We are novices at Outlook and discovered today that the SQL filter criteria
had disappeared.  How do I get it back and what did I do to vanish it in the
first place?  We are on a network and all but one computer has been affected,
but that one had limited criteria on it.

I downloaded and activated Office 2007, and it doesn't seem to include
Business Contact Manager. I checked All Programs, Add/Remove Programs, and
checked the Trust Center for COM Add-ins. Since it's a download, I don't have
an install disk.

I am utilizing Office 2007 with Business Contact Manager.  When I use
Microsoft ActiveSync to synchronize to my Windows Mobile device (Treo 700W),
the Business Contact Manager contacts and information do not synchronize to
my phone...only the contacts in the standard Outlook ...
