I have been running Outlook 2003 w/ BCM.
Just purchased Academic version of Outlook 2007, was told by seller it
has BCM included...
Outlook 2007 seems to be missing (screenshots are missing) BCM!

Is there a way to install or move my BCM database to a different directory?  
When I installed it, it put it in my C:\Documents and Settings\user
profile\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Business Contact Manager
directory.  I want to install it on different and larger ...

I have been trying BCM 2007 using original data from BCM 2003.  No we decided
not to upgrade, so I need to convert BCM 2007 back to BCM 2003 without losing
my history, links, etc.
Prior to uninstalling the trial version I backed up and exported csv & bcm.

I have stand alone Outlook 2007 - and it did not come with second
installation disc.  I have installed new Outlook 2007, and my Outlook
2003 data automaticly updated... but my old BCM 2003 data is nowhere
to be found...

I just installed Office 2003 Small Biz w/BCM. Everything installed correctly,
except the BCM Toolbar does not integrate with the other office programs. It
is only installed in Outlook. How can I get the BCM Toolbar to install in the

Does Outlook 2007 with Business Contact Manager allow sharing across LAN
without additional software such as SQL or Exchange?
I found a white paper on using SQL Server to deploy a remote server for
BCM... which suggests that the sharing capability of BCM is limited.

I just upgraded from Office Pro 2003 to Ultimate 2007.
Everything else seems fine except for BCM. For starters I will stick with
the Business Contact screen.
1).  The Account Name button does nothing therefore I cannot link any

BCM 2003 froze on both my computers, had to uninstall, took all addresses
into its grave.
when reinstalling, teh process completes, BCM does not show itself in MS
outlook 2003 and on the menu the only options are "BCM Help" and "Tour".

Just looking at a couple of phones & likewise advice.
The first is a Sony 990i. This runs on the Symbian OS, but (apparently) you
also get a copy of Exchange ActiveSync installed. Has anyone any experience
with using this phone with BCM?

I have created a "User Field"hat I have in my Personnal Outlook and can
access readily there, but in Outlook, Bus Contact Mgr I can not.
I use this find to sort my customer base to facilitate my call pattern for
sales.

Within my contacts I added some cutom fields ... ingluding text and drop-down
boxes. Is it possible to use them as search criteria?
IE: I would like to search by a drop-down variable of AGE: 18-25 and if they
are male or female. I would also like to add within the seatch criteria ...

I am selecting Business Tools|Reports|Opportunities then any report.
I just get a cryptic message "The report could not be generated. Please try
again"
Which I have done, to no avail. I just get the bsame message. The same

since installing Business Contact manager I get this eror whenever I close
Outlookm if I have opened any contact r Business contact.
I have to click the erro about 10 times before it goes awa.
Any ideas anyone?
