Linking two contact types...i.e BCM and "normal"28 Mar 2007 00:47 GMT2
OK, I am disappointed to find out that I can not edit a BCM form with my own
fields.  Is there a way then to have the same contact in both BCM and normal
and link them somehow?
I am trying to find a way use BCM and Outlook with out having to use ACT as

I've "copied" some contacts from Outlook to the BCM, so I have two records
for each of these contacts. Is there a simple way to synchronize the BCM
contacts with the outlook contacts?

I'm new to this tool and have a major issue.  I have multiple contacts for
one company and want to know just how I enter this data.  Here's an example -
Harris Media has three major contacts, the COO, the Director of Business
Development and the Mar/Com Manager.
BCM won't import upgraded ACT 2005 version 7.0.4.82, Help23 Mar 2007 23:02 GMT6
BCM won't convert Act 2005 Version 7 with the current upgrade Version 7.0.4.82
Is there a solution for this?

Our offices are looking to moving to BCM 2007. We current have a main server
at the main office, using SBS 2003 and SQL sever 2000. We want a centralized
database on this server....Do we need to move to both SBS 2003 R2 and SQL

online everywhere and can't seem to find one.  The software CD I received

I want to add my own values to the 'Type of Business' and 'Source of Lead'
drop down lists  in the details tab of a Business Contact.

When I select Business Contact manager from the drop down menu, I get a big
blue screen with 4 tabs. EAch of the tabs is empty.

I would like to create four groups of contacts.  ie.
manufactures, wholesales, my clients, and personal contacts (friends).
It appears BCM may be designed for my clients, but I cannot seem to create

I have figured out how to share my BCM with my Lap Top from my desck top but
I can not find anything on how to sychronize them when I go offline. I saw
