OK, I've just got my hands on BCM.  Question:  I would like to customize
(programmatically, if necessary) BCM to have a hierarchy higher than Account:
so instead of
Customer ==> Account

My BCM has disappeared from my contacts list.  I located it and it is
now listed under tasks.  How do I move it back as a contacts group.  I
tried creating a new folder under CONTACTS and copying my BCM contacts
over but it won't

I run a small consulting network without a shared server.  Is it possible for
our consultants to each run a copy of Office 2007 with BCM on their laptops,

When trying to re-install BCM, it says that database migration was
unsuccessful.  I have tried everything I know to do and nothing seems to work

Can data from an old version of ACT! (ACT 2000) be imported into BCM?  If
yes, are there any fields that don't always import properly?  (E.g., I've

I recently had to perform a clean install of XP.  I installed Outlook BCM
2003 and downloaded all the updates and service packs.  The help menu
indicated that I had SP3 for BCM.  I had some issues with XP and Outlook and
stated over with a clean install due to registry error.  ...

Had Outlook 2003 w/ BCM & just upgraded to normal Outlook 2007. I thought I
would still be able to see and use all my old BCM 2003 info - after all, I
didn't uninstall the program. But I can't find any trace of it. Did I just
loose everything?

When I import an Act (6) date field it gets changed to a text field in BCM.
Any idea what I'm doing wrong?

I used to keep separate subfolders in Outlook with different groups of
contacts for each of my different territories.  I want to drive everything
out of BCM so I am not using Outlook Contacts anymore and just want to use
BCM Contacts.  Any suggestions on the best way to do this ...
