I used to keep separate subfolders in Outlook with different groups of
contacts for each of my different territories.  I want to drive everything
out of BCM so I am not using Outlook Contacts anymore and just want to use
BCM Contacts.  Any suggestions on the best way to do this ...

The search in outlook 2007 does not show the correct results. Often it comes
up with no resuld found for the items in my contacts. It was working
perfectly till few days back but started behaving strange all of a sudden.

All of the sudden, some of the icons in BCM are showing up with black
backgrounds. These are the icons that are in the second grouping form the
left on the upper toolbar such as "General", "Details" and "History".
I'm assuming the black background is the alpha channel for the icon ...
