I have many accounts in BCM (mainly within the health service in the UK). Many of these have business contacts and history items 'attached'. There has recently been a reorgansiation in the health service so that say Account A & B have combined to create account C.

I am looking at my business contacts and want to view contacts from a specific "linked account". I know hoe to set filters but do no see a field for "Linked account". Any ideas?

I am trying out the BCM and did a campaign with a mail merge. Letters all printed and there are history comments on the business contact. However, when I click on tracking, there is nothing but the contact names. I don't see any of the deliver status.

My BCM has been killing me since I installed Vista Home Premium and found it wouldn;t work. Since it didn't I did a clean install of XP Pro on the machine. This is the version it was running on before and came with the machine. Here is what I have done (3 times and counting).

I'm setting up a new database in BCM in Outlook 2007. I shared the database to everyone we want to open it. But I don't want everyone to see all the folders in BCM. How can I restrict some of our user's permissions or the access to certain folders?

I have installed Office 2007 and MSO2007. I integrated the datatbases with no problem. Then I copied several of my contacts into the accounts folder. They are not automatically creating themselves as customers in accounting and I do not see anywhere to tell it to do so.

I've installed Business Contact Manager 2007 successfully (no errors). When I attempt to go through the configuration wizard (Help -> Configure Business Contact Manager...), I select either Express or Advanced.
