I just got a new computer with vista home premium. I also bought office 2007 small business (just so i could have outlook w/BCM). I have set up all my email accounts and one is on an exchange server. My question is can i use BCM? It was on my outlook but now it is gone!? I

Having the same problem !! Very frustrated as this is a reload of Outlook and Office pro but no help anywhere from MSF web sites as if tis is some new annomoly - which I doubt. Each time Outlook with Contact Manager starts up the whole statement is

Every time I edit the list of values in a drop-down list, all my outstanding reminders pop up. This is annoying. How do I fix this behavior? David

I was REALLY disappointed to find out that when you copy contacts from Outlook to BCM contacts, they are NOT assigned to the user who's profile is open. This is not good, as we have to split up MANY contacts between a few users.

BCM-->Accounts-->Add Business Contact--->New You'll notice that many fields are already filled in. Fields such as, phone, fax, address. So why isn't the Company field filled in as well?

When I'm viewing the history in a contact record, I see email message. But I can't tell whether it was sent or received, who it came from or who sent it. I've added those columns to the view, but they remain blank. I also can't tell whether a task is complete or incomplete.
