I'm brand new to Outlook 2007. Had Outlook 2002 before. Have tracked a lot of
"activities in 2002 that I'd like to get to show up either in
Contacts/Activities or Business Contacts/History. I know there's a setup
process for each contact, but I can't figure it out. Help, please!

Is it possible to change the 'names' of the fields for business telephone
numbers.  Instead of Business 1 and Business 2 I would like to have
Switchboard and Direct Line.
Any suggestions?

We are using BCM release 3.00.5028.00 for Office Outlook 2007 in Italian
language. When we choose to build a Search Folder and tab to Advanced, the

I've got BCM 2007 configured to use my SQL server (installed on a server) as
its database. Each of the workstations can connect properly. I'm even using
the new setup wizard for BCM 2007 that helps with this - it works great.

Is there a way to convert an outlook contact to a BCM contact, it would be
great to RClick or similar. I've sent a long time organising contacts and I

I am using OUTLOOK 2007 WITH BCM.
I cannot figure out how to schedule an appointment with a contact (either
from CONTACTS OR BCM) and have it show up on my calendar WITH the contact
name. I always have to type the contact name....I think it should show
