In bcm 2003 I could create an account from a business contact and it would fill in the company name, address, phone number and website info for me. I can't figure out how to do that in bcm 2007. Am I missing something?

I had loaded business contact manager and had been using it, also sharing the db with co-workers. Last week when I opened Outlook a message poped up saying "The information store could not be opened" the title bar indicated Business Contact Manager.
