OK, long story short. I had Office 2003 on my computer. Was not happy with it - many problems with the Business Contact Manager. Re-installed 2000 because I like it much better.

how do I correct this? It says it is missing an object. I have updated Business Contact Mgr, and Outlook Connector. When I uninstalled this stuff, and rebooted, I had the same mssg so I reinstalled the software.

Are vendor accounts supposed to show up in BCM? The only accounts that show up in mine are customer accounts. I need a way to link to vendor accounts. I have checked to make sure they are active. Regards
