When I try and empty (or delete) my deleted items folder in outlook, I
receive the following message: messaging interface has returned an unknown
error. If the problem persists, restart outlook.
I would create a new outlook data file, but I don't want to lose my address

I have spen several hours with MS tech suport trying to fix the slow BCm and
Outlook 2007 crashing.  I was trying to convert from the latest Act to BCM.
BCM would not search, and ourlook would have to check the database everytime
I open outlook.

Or are you just adding BCM to your bag of supported software?
I ask because I'm trialling Act! 2007, which I never thought I would after
the ACt 2005 debacle, and I actually like it...

I'm trying to enter a field in my business contact manger.  I want the field
"cell" added but can not seem to be able to do this.  Does anyone know if Im
waseing my time or can they send me in a direction to research this.

Install BCM - get warning (Download SP4 BCM) When I try to install SP4 I
immediately get an error and am refered to an MBBSsetuptmpBCAF.log file that
doesn't exists - also when starting outlook answering yes to  using BCM with

history) isn't possible, can I link to a BMC database from Access to get
better reports as well as update data in BMC?????

I am using the trial version of BCM and decided to buy it. I'm not buying it
via an unlock code. I'll have new CD's to install.  I'm worried that once I
install the new full version...I'll lose my custom forms I created with the
trial version? How do I save or back up my custom ...

When I am viewing a contacts history, I cannot find any customize view
options to see "project name".

I have troubles running BCM on a second PC. The installation works
well but after starting outlook and BCM configuration i get the
following error: "Cannot find element" (My Installation is German so
the original error message is : Das Element kann nicht gefunden

I initially used BCM with Outlook 2003 and it seemed to have so many problems

Does BCM support more than one database?  If so, how is a name assigned to a
specific database?  How would the second BCM database be created?  Does the
BCM file have a specific extension?  In which default folder is the BCM
database stored?

I have successfully transfered my outlook and BCM data to my new laptop. The
only thing that did not seem to transfer is my long list of follow-up flags.
Is there a way to transfer this from one computer to another?
